Description

Position Description:

  • Understand the operations of the business to appropriately deliver administration support and function for the business
  • Liaise between different departments and provide support to internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement administrative processes that align the 2 businesses
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Prepare and provide periodical reporting to Reporting Manager on prospect, new and existing opportunities
  • Generating POs and Receipting of Goods in line with the company's procedures
  • Scanning and entering data
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer and business outcomes

Profile

Capability Profile:

  • Project Management, Waste Operations, Sales or Business qualifications or equivalent (desired but not essential)
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • Industry knowledge (desirable not essential)
  • Commercial management
  • High level problem solving
  • Advanced IT Literacy
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work in Jandakot and Gingin (6503)
