What will you be doing ?

Plan and coordinate appointments, open homes, and agent calendars

Assist with market appraisals for prospective vendors, including pricing preparation, research, and comparables

Prepare documentation for property listings and sales, including all compliance documentation, marketing checklists, and advertising material

Assist with the preparation of all marketing material, including marketing sheets, brochures, advert preparation, and scheduling

Handle buyer inquiries, including follow-up calls and data management

Our ideal candidate will have

Drive and hunger for excellence

2+ years of experience within a sales or customer-focused environment

Certificate IV Real Estate Practice or willing to complete

Good technical skills, not scared of learning new software.

Strong attention to detail

Confident in communicating with customer-facing agents, solicitors, and vendors

Excellent in written and verbal communication

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease

Familiar with Agent Box & Real Time Agent (a bonus, but not essential)

Genuine interest in and desire to succeed in residential property

Will have full Australian work rights, business sponsorship is not available for this role.
