Assemble Solutions, part of the Tenacity CX group, is partnering with a highly regarded SME above the line consulting firm based in Canberra. Known for its strong team culture and meaningful client engagements, this firm delivers high-impact work across Defence and Federal Government departments.

We’re seeking Senior Consultants with strong general consulting skills and experience in one or more of the following domains: Finance, Strategy, Policy, Procurement, or Transformation. You’ll contribute to a variety of projects that shape public sector outcomes and support national interests.

What we’re looking for:

Proven consulting experience (or strong transferable skills from the public sector or industry)

Background in finance, strategy, policy, procurement, or transformation

Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and advisory skills

A current Baseline Security Clearance or above
