Kampstar Group is expanding and looking for a high-level Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage our recruitment processes, lead the development of new branches, and support a strategic innovation platform that will reshape the future of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Kampstar, managing internal operations and workforce sourcing.

Set up and manage new recruitment service centres.

Build partnerships with universities, legal firms, and international sources.

Implement systems and policies for HR, tracking, and compliance.

Collaborate on a digital innovation platform.

Manage contract development, compliance frameworks, and client relations.

Support digital marketing and new company setups.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR strategy.

MBA essential; law/legal studies background preferred.

In-depth understanding of 360 recruitment and workforce scaling.

Strong communication, legal, and commercial skills.

Available for domestic and international travel.

Location: Canberra (Head Office)

$140,000 base salary + commissions
