As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Infinite Consulting, you will:

• Build relationships and a portfolio of top IT candidates.
• Deliver with quality and disciplined recruitment processes that lead to incredible hires, delighting our customers with top talent.
• Develop thoughtful and beneficial relationships with candidates and clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Strive to be the best 360-degree talent acquisition consultant.

What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned “Performer” and not a “Doer”.
• A mindset of accountability, ownership, and growth.
• Demonstrated experience and outcomes in Information Technology recruiting for the Australian Federal Government.
• A passion for proactively building a portfolio of quality IT candidates.
• Proven experience in matching and placing the best candidates to meet our client's needs.
• Understanding of Information Technology roles and functions.
• Knowledge of Government procurement processes.
• Ability to use leading-edge hiring tools and manage processes, with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Australian citizenship, preferably with an AGSVA security clearance or the ability to apply for one.
