Join a respected and well-established education provider as an Education Support Specialist, supporting a network of franchise education centres. You’ll split your time between the office and a portfolio of education centres.

What is the role?
- Provide business and educational support to franchisees, ensuring centres operate effectively;
- Conduct regular visits to franchise locations, assessing performance and providing tailored guidance;
- Analyse centre operations, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in business planning;
- Assist franchisees with student recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives; and
- Act as a key point of contact for franchisees, fostering strong relationships and a culture of continuous learning.
What are we looking for?
- Around 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, education or relationship management;
- Educated to degree level or equivalent is essential;
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Drivers license and access to a car; and
- Must be eligible to pass a Working with Children Check.
