DOOR TO DOOR APPOINTMENT SETTER OFFERING HOME OWNERS FREE ROOF INSPECTIONS in the Moreton Bay and North Brisbane suburbs.

Ready to start or continue your career in business development, but take a turn into the construction space? This role is a unique as it's 80%-90% field based, on-boarding new residential and commercial clients.

This job is applicable to both those without experience, or those that are really eager to get into a competitive industry... But who are we?

AusHail is a company based in Queensland. Our focus is to represent property owners in this region against their insurance companies in storm claims. Ultimately the work we win for the homeowner, we build - without charging them anything!

Our teams work tightly together through the process. This role is one of the first initial contact points for clients needing help. AusHail prides themselves on further educating their people - there are constant opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

Travelling to different suburbs to explain what we do and book in inspections.

Get the home owner details: Name, address, phone number and email.

Use Objection handling techniques to overcome objections.

Hand out Flyers to potential clients.

Write notes for the appointment booked in: are they insured? are they keen? what roof is it?

Involves a lot of walking and proficiency using the phone.

Make a note of prospects and circling back to them.

Work as a team with a responsible project manager.

Attend an office meeting and connect with the team once a week.

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle rejection.

Ability to use phone and book appointments.

Ability to retain important details.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Physically able to walk for long hours.

Sales experience preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Schedule:

Approx 20 hours per week - opportunity for more hours based on your performance.

Supplemental pay types:

Hourly rate + commission

Licence/Certification:

Driver Licence (Preferred) or use of public transport.
