About the role

Beaumont Tiles Wagga' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our store in Wagga Wagga. This is a full-time role for immediate start.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their design concept, product selection, advice and order fulfilment

Demonstrating a strong understanding of our product range and effectively communicating features and benefits

Accurately processing sales transactions and order placements

Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Inventory Management

Supporting the broader retail team with administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail sales role, preferably but not essential within the homeware, tiles or flooring industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Saturday work will be part of the position on a rotation basis

Someone who is well presented in appearance and has a positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
