Due to continued growth, Sheel Capital is now looking for an experienced and driven Loan Writer to support the Director and help manage a growing pipeline of quality, high-net-worth clients. This is a unique opportunity to step into consistent volume, be mentored by top performers, and have real input in the direction of a high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end loan processing across residential, commercial, SMSF, and asset finance

Preparing and lodging applications, pricing reviews, and managing supporting documentation

Managing client communication with professionalism and confidence

Working with warm leads while also contributing to business development

Supporting social media, marketing, and operational improvements as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a broker or loan writer

A detail oriented person who knows the lending process back to front

Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (required)

Strong understanding of lending workflows and compliance

Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder

Ambitious, process-driven, and open to learning from a leading mentor

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
