The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of a $50M+ education project in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This is a high-profile build with a strong community impact, ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day engineering and site coordination

Manage subcontractor packages and ensure compliance with project specs

Drive program delivery and monitor progress against milestones

Assist with cost control, procurement, and quality assurance

Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery

About You

Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on commercial builds

Ideally worked on education or government projects

Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Engineering or Construction Management degree (or equivalent)
