Location: NSW - work from the project Monday - Thursday and from home on Friday
Salary: $185-210k TFR

Pleased to be offering the opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer (Package Manager) to join one of the largest renewable energy project in Australia.

As the Senior Project Engineer you will oversee major electrical packages such as Substations, Transformers, Switchgear, Generators, HV & LV Reticulation.

Fantastic opportunity to join the project at early phase seeing your work from design, procurement through to construction & commissioning.

As the Senior Project Engineer (Package Manager) you will be responsible for:

• Plan, direct, and manage full scope of electrical design and supply scope packages to ensure each stage is delivered on time delivery, on budget and to specification.
• Pursue opportunities for design optimisation/value engineering.
• Review project documents such as design drawings, specifications, inspection reports and changes and take appropriate action if required.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to enable the project to meet its project schedule and obligations, minimize risk and maximize opportunities for cost avoidance and/or cost reduction.
• Manage subcontractors during the construction & commissioning phase

What you can bring as the Senior Project Engineer (Package Manager):

• Degree qualified in electrical engineering
• Experienced in the delivery of electrical packages of works on major infrastructure, energy, O&G or power generation projects.
• Strong project management and client facing skills.
• Strong Commercial accumen.
