The Motley Hotel Richmond, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is your opportunity to belong to a select group of passionate hospitality people who get to open a unique lifestyle hotel. Our service never shuts down and our team work across the week and across a 24 hour roster. Your roster will be a mix of day, afternoon and some overnight shifts from time to time.

We are recruiting part time roles and can flex with your outside commitments.

The Motley Hotel is located in the heart of Richmond’s, Bridge Road a historic street formerly filled with drapers, shoemakers, tailors, and grocers. The Motley is a highly curated, 80 room boutique hotel rising above the façade of historic Federation Terraces once occupied by costumier Ms Mary Parker. We have just joined the Hilton family and are very excited to see what 2025 has in store for us!
