The Role
You’ll be on the tools, leading day-to-day site operations on custom residential projects and small-scale commercial jobs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building high-spec projects the right way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating trades and suppliers on-site
• Reading and interpreting detailed plans
• Maintaining high standards of quality and site safety
• Working closely with the Site Supervisor and Director
• Problem-solving and ensuring jobs are delivered smoothly and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand (3+ years experience)
• Strong residential construction knowledge
• Carpentry trade qualification (Cert III or equivalent)
• Ability to read and work from architectural plans
• Confident managing small teams and coordinating with subcontractors
• Reliable, driven, and takes pride in doing things properly
