Strategic Projects Coordinator / Personal Assistant
12-month Maternity leave position (with potential to extend) - Full Time
Commencing on Monday, 30 June 2025.
The College is currently seeking to appoint a Strategic Projects Coordinator / Personal Assistant who will be involved in the day-to-day coordination and execution of Strategic Projects for our Riverstone and newly purchased Gables campuses. This position also provides administrative support for the Business Manager and is a wonderful opportunity to join our vibrant team of committed professionals.

Your Role:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of key College projects as directed by the Principal and Business Manager.
Lead feasibility assessments.
Create detailed project documentation.
Identify, mitigate and manage risks.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Manage the Business Manager’s inbox and calendar, and provide administrative support, as required.

About You:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship, as well as the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience in leading, planning, coordinating, and executing multi-stakeholder projects.
An independent worker who is goal orientated and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
Superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills,
Proven ability to research, organise, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines,
High attention to detail,
Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills,
Experience multitasking and managing projects,
A willingness to learn and assist where required, and,
Experience working in a school setting (advantageous).
