The Role: We are seeking an experienced, proactive Assistant/Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the director across multiple projects, ensuring efficient email management, task prioritisation, schedule coordination, and deadline tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and organising the director’s email inbox, flagging urgent tasks, and responding appropriately.
Maintaining comprehensive task lists, tracking project deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and project milestones.
Preparing clear and professional communications and documents.
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or project coordinator managing multiple projects.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with email management tools, calendars, task management software, and common productivity tools (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
