The Opportunity

As a Deck Hand, you'll assist in the operation and maintenance of a vessel. You'll play a crucial role in daily operations. Immediate Start!

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance & Cleaning

• Cleaning the deck, hull, and equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Assisting with painting, varnishing, and rust removal

Operational Duties

• Assisting with docking and undocking
• Handling ropes and mooring lines
• Operating winches and other deck equipment
• Ensuring waste disposal is handled correctly

Safety & Emergency Procedures

• Following safety protocols and emergency drills
• Assisting in firefighting, first aid, and rescue operations
• Ensuring life-saving equipment is in working order

About You

• Previous Deckhand experience and strong physical fitness and stamina
• Ability to work long hours in challenging weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic mechanical or maintenance knowledge
• Police check will be required
