Job Description:
Overseas Company Operations Management: Standardize the operational systems of overseas companies, carry out daily management activities, and ensure the achievement of the group's various task targets.
Sales Target Achievement: Coordinate with relevant departments and resources at headquarters through various business activities of the overseas company to achieve sales targets.
Retail Store Expansion: Vigorously develop local franchise/channel business, expand the store sales network, and increase market share.
Profit Target Realization: Enhance the operational capabilities and efficiency of the overseas company while controlling costs in all aspects to achieve profit targets.
Talent Development: Build and cultivate a talent pipeline for the overseas company to ensure orderly and healthy development of departmental operations.
Local Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the headquarters' brand center to develop market-appropriate brand strategies that enhance the local brand image.
Public Relations & Crisis Management: Develop and maintain local public relations and handle crisis situations.
