About the role

Prominent Property Services is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Ascot, Queensland. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to become a key part of our property maintenance operations. As an Experienced Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our residential clients.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular garden maintenance, hedging, pruning, and garden presentation

Caring for and nurturing a wide variety of plants, trees, and shrubs

Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests

Performing soft scaping projects as required

Maintaining and operating gardening equipment and tools

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Gardener or Landscape Maintenance professional

Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care

Ability to operate and maintain a variety of gardening equipment and tools

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

A valid driver's licence, and experience towing

Able to lead a crew, solve problems, and adapt to changing tasks
