Salary: $55,000-65,000 + relocation assistance
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our Grounds and Landscape team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for horticulture and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic beauty of our gardens, grounds, and outdoor spaces. Your expertise will ensure that our landscapes are lush, healthy, and visually stunning throughout the year.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a gardening or landscape maintenance role, with a strong understanding of horticultural practices, plant identification, and care.
- Previous experience in landscape design or project management is a plus.
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of local plant species, soil types, and climate conditions.
- Familiarity with gardening tools, irrigation systems, and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of pest management and sustainable gardening practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform strenuous physical Labor in outdoor environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfort working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot problems such as pest infestations, plant diseases, or irrigation issues.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal education or certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions:
- Hours: Full-time, with flexibility on start & finish times
- Environment: Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Occasional indoor work may be required for office-based administrative tasks or training.
- Equipment: You will be provided with tools and equipment necessary for the role, with a responsibility to maintain them in good condition.
