The Opportunity

Are you passionate about gardening and experienced in creating beautiful outdoor spaces? We’re seeking a knowledgeable Gardener to join our crew. This is a great chance to showcase your skills in the stunning Mackay Region.

Key Responsibilities

Planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers

Mowing and edging lawns to keep them neat

Trimming hedges and pruning plants

General garden maintenance such as weeding and mulching

Clearing green waste and rubbish

Using garden tools and machinery safely

Identifying pests and treating them

Applying fertilisers and meeting plant care requirements

Communicating with admin team

Key Requirements

Valid manual driver’s license

Experience in gardening or landscaping

Ability to get a clear police check

Knowledge of plants and their care

Knowledge of pest identification and treatment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Honesty, reliability & exceptional work ethic

Commitment to safe work practices

Good communication skills

Eye for detail
