About the Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 4+ years of post-admission experience to join a thriving disputes team in Brisbane. This opportunity is ideal for a driven legal professional ready to fast-track their earning potential while being mentored by award-winning partners.

You'll work across a diverse caseload including complex commercial litigation, corporate disputes, and regulatory matters. From managing high-value files and attending court proceedings, to strategic advisory work and leading negotiations, this is a front-row seat to the highest calibre of litigation work in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a range of complex commercial and corporate litigation files
• Draft high-quality legal documentation for court, clients, and regulatory bodies
• Liaise directly with senior counsel and clients on case strategy
• Lead discovery processes and coordinate with expert witnesses
• Participate in mediations, court appearances and strategic planning sessions

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in litigation/dispute resolution (from a private practice background)
• Strong technical drafting and advisory skills
• Experience in commercial or corporate dispute matters preferred
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and complex files with precision
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and self-driven approach
