We are now seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to drive sales, service coordination, and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role balances service operations and business development to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Your Role
This is a dual-role position in which your time will be divided between service delivery and marketing/sales duties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Serving as the first point of contact for all incoming leads, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Service-Specific Responsibilities
Sell maintenance plans, repair services, and training programs.
Coordinate service attendances, project installations, upgrades, relocations, and customer demonstrations.
Marketing-Specific Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, videos, and posts.
Manage social media accounts and Google Ads campaigns, and implement SEO to improve visibility and lead generation.
Analyse campaign performance using web analytics and make data-driven improvements.
Expand and manage the customer database.
Generate and convert leads through both inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a self-driven, organised, and communicative professional with a strong interest in customer engagement and business development. Ideally, you bring:
Experience in service coordination and spare parts sales, or digital marketing—preferably in industrial equipment or material handling.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
