The Role

Supervising & Managing a store in the Redlands Area (Capalaba Central Shopping Centre Store, Big W entrance). Schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday, roster days off will be Sunday and Monday.

Smart Electrical Clearance Outlet is established in Brisbane/Gold Coast as the place to go to get a deal on an appliance. This job will not suit everyone, but with the right motivation, the compensation can go higher than advertised. This job requires a lot of effort & Passion with running the store, going and finding sales where you can. Knowledge can be taught, but we would like to work with a good personality, as we have a team with a great team morale, which you will see when you start working at Smart Electrical. You are not a number but we are a team member here and will be treated that way.

You will have key responsibilities as listed below, which is expected of you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Consistent and good customer service to Customers

Home Delivery organisation of sales that require delivery

Work Independently well in-store and better as a team with other staff members of the company

Ensure all visual merchandise is presented in a quality standard inside the store

Monitor Sales Activity and report to Head Office

Warranties and handling complaints in a professional manner

Highly skilled in problems solving if any in an efficient and cost effective mannor for the customer and the company.

Punctual and good business acumen.
