Role Overview
As a Retail Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our store, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated shopping experience for our discerning clientele. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales, and ensure our retail space reflects the brand’s vision. With a flair for interiors, customer service, and operational excellence, you will inspire your team to deliver world-class service and achieve business growth.
As 2IC (Second-in-Charge), this is a key leadership role with a clear pathway to Store Manager (Maternity Leave Position).

Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, including high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and trade customers.
Drive initiatives that increase foot traffic and customer engagement, both online and in-store.
Exceptional high-end customer service experience with a luxury retailer.
Neat, polished and tidy presentation.
Demonstrated sales experience and passion for fashion and homewares retail
Proficient in retail operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and CRM systems.
Motivated, meticulous, helpful and enthusiastic.
Must be hardworking and a team player
Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve and exceed business objectives.
