Our client is an award-winning and highly regarded agency specializing in the sale, leasing, and management of commercial/retail property in Perth. Due to multiple new projects, they are growing and have therefore created a new position to work alongside the Head of Asset Management and Facilities Manager, alongside a boutique team. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody looking to forge their career in facilities management or commercial property management.

The Position

• Liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely deliver of services
• Conducting regular site inspections reporting on building conditions and issues (drivers license is essential)
• Managing records for compliance, permits, certifications and service reports
• Supporting the onboarding of contractors
• Monitoring work order progress
• Assisting with budget tracking, invoicing and reporting for maintenance
• Responding to tenant or internal stakeholder maintenance queries
• Ensuring WHS and safety protocols are followed by personnel
• Supporting the deliver of minor capital works or refurbishment projects
• General admin support to the facilities and property management team

The Criteria

• Ideally 1-2 x years' experience in facilities, commercial/retail property or construction administration
• Basic understanding of WHS and essential services compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite & experience with Cirrus 8 FM would be highly regarded but not essential
• Current drivers license
