We’re now looking for a high-performing Event Sales Lead to join our central team. This role is pivotal in shaping and selling unforgettable events across our portfolio - from intimate private dinners to large-scale corporate gatherings.

About the Role
You’ll be the engine behind our event sales strategy - proactively driving new business, cultivating client relationships, and coordinating outstanding experiences from enquiry through to execution. This is a role for someone commercially savvy, emotionally intelligent, and deeply passionate about hospitality and human connection.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Charge: Identify and pursue new event opportunities across all venues, converting leads into confirmed bookings with energy and efficiency.

Own the Relationship: Act as the key point of contact for clients - building trust, securing repeat business, and ensuring every interaction is warm and professional.

Deliver the Details: Work closely with clients and our venue teams to coordinate logistics, develop tailored proposals, and bring event visions to life.

Drive Performance: Manage our event tracking system (we use Tripleseat), track sales metrics, oversee contracts and invoicing, and report regularly to the leadership team.

Think Strategically: Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, develop proactive sales initiatives, and represent the Group at networking and industry events.

Negotiate with Impact: Use your commercial acumen to create mutually beneficial agreements and package offerings that maximise value and revenue.

Who You Are

You’re experienced in event sales, business development, or account management in a high-touch hospitality or venue-based environment.

You have a strong track record of hitting sales targets and turning enquiries into repeat clients.

You’re a natural relationship-builder who thrives on delivering personalised service.

You’re organised, detailed, and adept at juggling multiple events and timelines.

You’re confident using CRM tools and managing data, reporting, and admin.

You know how to collaborate across departments and keep the wheels turning smoothly.
