Join Our Team – Medical Receptionist & Clinical Assistant (Sunshine Coast)

We’re a boutique specialist clinic in Minyama, Sunshine Coast, with a unique approach: one dedicated doctor, a close-knit, supportive team, and a shared passion for providing outstanding patient care in a calm, respectful environment.

We’re currently on the lookout for a Medical Receptionist & Clinical Assistant to join us in a versatile role that combines patient-facing administration with hands-on support during in-clinic procedures.

About the Role
This is a dual-position offering a mix of:

Reception & Office Support – Handling appointments, phone enquiries, billing, data entry, and general admin tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Clinical Support – Preparing treatment areas, assisting during day procedures, supporting patients before and after treatments, and helping maintain a high standard of clinical care.

You’ll be the friendly face patients see when they walk through our door, as well as a trusted assistant in the treatment room. We’ll provide full training for the clinical components.

Can balance front-desk duties with clinical assistance

To Thrive in This Role, You’ll Need:

Previous experience in admin, reception, or customer service

A background or interest in healthcare – EN, RN or dental assistant training highly regarded

Confidence using computers & iPads

A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

A current driver’s licence

A positive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice-to-Haves (but not essential):

Some experience in th medical field

Understanding of Medicare billing

Experience assisting with in-clinic procedures
