About the Role
We’re looking for a Diploma-qualified Room Assistant who is enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to supporting children’s development through play-based learning. You’ll work alongside an experienced team in a purpose-built centre licensed for 28 children (0–6 years), spread across two age-based rooms.
Who You Are
Hold (or are actively working towards) a Diploma in Children’s Services
Have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
Hold current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training (or willing to obtain)
Proactive and confident in implementing curriculum
Bright, friendly, and full of positive energy
Committed to both child development and educator growth
A collaborative team player with a passion for providing high-quality care
Are experienced with programming and planning aligned to the VEYLDF/NQF
