About the role

Join our Early Learning team in Bacchus Marsh and inspire young minds while enjoying flexible hours.

Our Kindergarten team kindergarten has been part of the community for 25 years and is just a five-minute walk from Darley Park. Our educators follow the Montessori approach, which inspires children to develop a lifelong love of learning by following their natural development.

We are now looking to build our team of casual Educators for our 3 to 4-year-old sessional kindergarten services. Help us to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children.

About you

We are looking for motivated self-starters who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment.

You will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, be experienced in working with preschool-age children, and have the flexibility to be available for shifts between Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

You will have an understanding and knowledge of early childhood development, relevant experience, and a reasonable knowledge of the National Law and Regulations.
