About the role

AB Nurses Support services' is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a casual basis in Pakenham, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children in our early learning centre, ensuring their safety, development and overall wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing engaging, play-based educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Observing and documenting children's learning and development, and using this information to tailor activities to individual needs
• Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth
• Collaborating with parents and families to build strong partnerships and support children's learning
• Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment by following all health and safety regulations
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice

What we're looking for

• A minimum of an Early Childhood Education Certificate III or Diploma
• Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Educator in a long day care or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of children
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
