About the Role
Working in the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (SDVC) executive services team, you will be responsible for the processes, tasks and activities that support operational, strategic and project implementation relevant to the portfolio of the Chief TAFE Officer and CEO of TAFE
An example of duties you may perform will include:
Engage and work with leaders across the portfolio and the university to optimise outcomes for portfolio priorities within the Strategic Plan, 2022-2028 and annual university operational plan.
Provide high-level support to the Chief TAFE Officer and CEO of TAFE and the broader portfolio leadership team in the successful implementation of key strategic projects, programs and initiatives.
Provide high quality and timely executive, project and advisory services on a range of strategic and operational matters
This is a full time continuing position at a HEP 8 classification with salary range being, $110,100 - $123,987 per annum working 36.75 hours per week.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Track record of project management in a complex and relevant environment and/or; relevant post-secondary qualifications
Experience in strategic and operational planning with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Outstanding internal and external stakeholder engagement experience that has delivered high quality outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and cross-cultural, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Astute analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think creatively and boldly, act strategically, be flexible and agile in response to complex issues.
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with high volume workload, competing priorities and unexpected events, exercising judgement and taking action accordingly, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
