Role

The relevant role is a Senior Project Coordinator position that will involve running the structure for a $160M High-End Apartment project on the outskirts of the Melbourne CBD.

Typical responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors
• Preparing progress reports and ensuring all other documents are kept up to date
• Procurement and communicating effectively with suppliers and subcontractors
• Driving and enforcing OH&S safety methods and procedure
• Reviewing expenses and tracking costs

Requirements

• Senior/Project Coordinator experience in the Tier 1 or 2 environment for a Commercial headcontractor
• Experience running a large structural package on a High-End Apartment project heavily favorable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Hammertech and Aconex softwares
