Candidate and Client Success Lead

If you’ve been in recruitment for a while and know your strength is working with people—solving problems, building relationships, and making things run better—this might be the one for you.
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of contractor and client relationships. Someone confident engaging with stakeholders, improving delivery, and making sure our contractors are supported throughout their time with us. You’ll be focused on outcomes and proactive in how you work.
Why this role?
This role is all about people. It's about building and maintaining strong relationships with the contractors we place and the clients we support—making sure they’re heard, supported, and set up to succeed.
You might be having coffee with a project engineer one day, and the next you’re out in a workshop dropping off PPE and checking in with one of our boilermakers. You need to be just as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on the ground.
You’ll be the person they trust to get things sorted, provide clarity, and keep communication flowing. It’s about high-quality service, being present, and using those connections to uncover new opportunities and improve how we operate.
If you’re someone who naturally builds strong relationships and sees what needs doing before being asked, you’ll thrive in this role.

What the role involves
Account Management
Meet regularly with line managers, HR, and technical leads
Solve problems and respond to queries quickly and clearly
Work with the delivery team to improve service and anticipate issues
Understand upcoming project needs and workforce planning
Feed insights back into the leadership team to strengthen operations
Contractor Engagement
Be the point of contact from onboarding through to exiting
Check in regularly—on site, on the phone, or over a coffee
Help resolve issues with host companies when needed
Support onboarding—medicals, flights, inductions, compliance, PPE
Keep internal systems up to date and accurate
Provide feedback to the recruitment team

What we’re looking for
Solid recruitment experience (agency or internal)
Background in technical recruitment preferred
Understanding of WA’s resources and energy sectors
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people
Outcome-driven, proactive, and clear communicator
Comfortable navigating between corporate and site environments
Attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to work independently
