We’re on the lookout for an organised and detail-oriented Data Entry & Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, has a strong eye for accuracy, and enjoys working with numbers.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the finance and administration team by managing data entry tasks, processing invoices, following up payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Daily data entry of invoices, purchase orders, and job records

Manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and payment follow-ups

Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies

Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software

Provide general admin support to the finance and operations teams

What You’ll Need

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team
