We're looking for a Project Supervisor, based in Brisbane and surrounding areas, bringing hands on experience. Don't have Project Management or office experience? No dramas!

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Base Salary, Plus Superannuation (Dependent on experience)

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating tower maintenance and upgrade projects across Australia, this role requires extensive telecommunications rigging and structural steel experience. With the ability to manage and coordinate with riggers crews, ensuring successful project completion.
Experience and knowledge of resources to complete projects, safely, to a high quality and on time is required!

About you! The successful applicants will have:

• Extensive onsite and rigging experience - Experience working on telecommunications and steel strengthening and replacements projects, across multiple network carriers is highly desirable!
• Strong leadership and communication skills - No good PM's develop without these! You'll need to be able to effectively work with rigging crews, subbies and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high quality
• Motivation to move into a Project Management role - The desire to move off the tools and into a strategic office-based role, bringing hands-on knowledge to planning, scheduling, and project oversight
