About the role
The Technical Specialist maintains the overall architectural vision, quality, and designs for the technical components of the ICT environments utilised by Legal Aid WA, with a focus on cloud technologies and services. This role supports Legal Aid’s stakeholders in developing and articulating their technical requirements, manages the relationship with vendors and service providers regarding the technical ICT architecture, and is responsible for ensuring that Legal Aid WA is well-placed to take advantage of appropriate new and emerging ICT services.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Advanced technical expertise, providing specialised knowledge, advice, and solutions to LAWA.
- Possesses a deep understanding Technical infrastructure and provide informed recommendations and solutions.
- Offer technical advice and guidance to LAWA Staff, especially on complex or specialised projects.
- Identifies technical issues, diagnoses problems, and develops and implements solutions for LAWA.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Responsible for creating technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
