As their team continues to grow, they are now seeking a talented and experienced professional to join their Perth-based office as a Tender/Proposal/Report Writer.

About the Role:
This position is ideal for a driven and experienced writer with a flair for persuasive and visually engaging content. You will be responsible for developing high-quality submissions in response to Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs), as well as producing capability statements, project brochures, business reports, and presentations that highlight the company’s strengths. Your work will play a key role in business development and strategic growth across the group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Tender and Submission Writing:

• Review RFTs and EOIs to craft tailored, winning submissions aligned with client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Estimating, Engineering, and Project Management teams to integrate accurate pricing and technical content.
• Ensure all documentation is completed on schedule and to a high professional standard.

Content and Document Development:

• Produce polished Capability Statements and one-page Project Flyers featuring past projects, visual assets, and client endorsements.
• Design and prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop clear process flows and diagrams using Microsoft Visio.

Reporting and Data Analysis:

• Use Excel and Power BI to build dashboards, graphs, pivot tables, and charts that monitor performance and key business metrics.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports in support of company strategy.

Visual and Marketing Content:

• Apply your graphic design skills to enhance the visual impact of tenders, presentations, and promotional material.
• Select and include impactful photography and testimonials to support project case studies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Required Skills and Experience:

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Communications, Marketing, English).
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in writing tenders or proposals within construction, mining, engineering, or related sectors.
• Excellent written communication and editorial skills, with the ability to tailor content to client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Visio, Teams, and OneNote.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience creating high-quality, visually compelling content.
• Advanced data literacy and confidence in creating detailed performance reports.
• Ability to meet deadlines while working with various stakeholders and managing multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
