About the Role

At Termite Solutions Victoria, we don’t just deal with pests—we’re on a mission to track, battle, and eliminate termites before they cause chaos. As a Pest Technician, your primary focus will be expert termite inspections, treatments, and pre-construction termite barriers, alongside general pest control services.

Your skills will play a crucial role in defending homes and businesses across Metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. If you're passionate about pest control and want to be part of a team that takes termites seriously (but still knows how to have fun), this is your chance!

What You'll Be Doing

· Conduct thorough termite inspections—spot the threats before they strike.

· Eliminate termites with expert treatments and proven strategies.

· Install pre-construction termite barriers to fortify new builds.

· Tackle other pests, because no unwanted critter is safe on your watch.

· Educate clients on termite prevention methods.

· Maintain accurate records of inspections and treatments.

· Keep your company vehicle, equipment, and tools in top shape.

· Quote jobs for commercial and domestic clients.

· Work safely while adhering to industry regulations.

Must-have skills:

· Qualifications in Termite & Timber Pest Management.

· Qualifications in General Pest Management

· Experienced in pest control (especially termites!).

· Knowledgeable about termite behaviour and treatment methods.

· Reliable, well-presented, and independent—you’re the expert people trust.

· Strong attention to detail—because termites don’t miss a spot.

· Excellent communication & customer service—help clients sleep easy knowing their homes are safe.

· Manual driver’s licence (because the termite battle requires mobility!).

· Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.

· Full-time Australian work eligibility.
