About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to join our expanding team in Truganina, Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who’s ready to move into (or continue in) a dynamic, on-the-road field service role.

Whether you're an experienced field tech, an automotive mechanic or auto electrician, or a workshop-based tradesperson looking for a change—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Service and repair commercial and industrial cleaning equipment

* Conduct pre-delivery inspections, assembly, and quality checks

* Test & tag equipment and change plugs (we’ll certify you if needed)

* Complete digital job reports, quotes, and work orders

* Train operators on proper equipment use and maintenance

* Collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams

* Spot opportunities to upsell equipment or services

* Install hygiene dispensers (soap, hand towels, etc.) on occasion

What You’ll Bring

* Mechanical, electrical, or trade background (Field Tech, Auto Mech/Elec, etc.)

* Problem-solving mindset and hands-on skills

* Great communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude

* Willingness to learn and grow—attitude matters more than experience
