Our team is looking for Trainee Pest Technicians or Licensed Pest Technicians to join our growing team, servicing Horsham and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities

• Inspect and identify pests on customer premises
• Perform pest eradication and prevention activities
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Provide sound advice to customers regarding any pest issues on-site
• Utilize advanced technology for SMART pest control
• Undertake both theory and practical training
• Assist and work under the supervision of a technician
• Adhere to all WHS practices and policies
• Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities
• Present yourself professionally with exceptional customer service skills

Position requirements

• Full Australian Driver’s License
• Ability to travel and start immediately
• A pest control license is preferred but not essential—we are willing to train the right candidate
• Proficiency in mobile technology
• Good physical fitness and health (capable of working in crawl spaces and roofs)
• Demonstrates maturity, responsibility and self-motivation to work independently when needed
