We are seeking a qualified Pest Technician or a self-motivated individual eager to embark on a career in pest control as a Trainee who lives in Horsham and can service surrounding locations!

Our team is looking for Trainee Pest Technicians or Licensed Pest Technicians to join our growing team, servicing Horsham and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to start a new career, learn new skills, and develop professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and identify pests on customer premises
- Perform pest eradication and prevention activities
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Provide sound advice to customers regarding any pest issues on-site
- Utilize advanced technology for SMART pest control
- Undertake both theory and practical training
- Assist and work under the supervision of a technician
- Adhere to all WHS practices and policies
- Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities
- Present yourself professionally with exceptional customer service skills
Position requirements
- Full Australian Driver’s License
- Ability to travel and start immediately
- A pest control license is preferred but not essential—we are willing to train the right candidate
- Proficiency in mobile technology
- Good physical fitness and health (capable of working in crawl spaces and roofs)
- Demonstrates maturity, responsibility and self-motivation to work independently when needed
