About the Role

This is a fixed term opportunity until 31 July 2025. You will provide assistance in the processing of electronic mail and applications, respond to general enquiries, manage databases, and assist in the maintenance of up-to-date records and files. You will also aid with meetings, including with the development of agendas and minute taking.

The Administrative Support Officer will partner with stakeholders across FRV and will be expected to have excellent attention to detail, well developed customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What you will need to Succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Certificate in Business Management - Level II or III

Experience in an administration

Demonstrated experience to manage multiple priorities

Highly proficient in Microsoft packages.
