Make an impact at Serco
The Program Facilitator will deliver therapeutic programs to small groups of 10-12 inmates, focusing on addressing violence, addiction, and other offending behaviours. In collaboration with a co-facilitator, the role ensures participants have the opportunity to engage in behaviour change and establish a risk management plan to increase community safety.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- A degree (or progression toward) in Psychology or Social Work.
- Experience in delivering group programs and interventions, ideally within correctional, welfare, or institutional settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage group dynamics and work with participants who may have complex mental health or behavioural issues.
- Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong report writing and communication skills to document offender progress and behaviour.
- Understanding of cognitive behavioural approaches to address and change offending behaviours.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and respond to diverse participant needs.
