Lending Specialist (Contact Centre)

About the Role
The Lending Specialist in our Contact Centre is a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of Regional Australia Bank through proactively identifying customers’ needs and managing personal and home loan top-up enquiries and applications.
While primarily responsible for personal lending, the role may also support other Contact Centre functions during peak times, such as handling general enquiries, assisting with call queues, or providing SME lending support in line with their expertise.
About You
You are results driven, self-motivated individual with lending experience and passion for helping customers with their lending needs. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capacity to work in a high call volume environment, and ability to adjust your strategies in response to team dynamics and evolving business needs. You utilise your well-developed analytical and numeracy skills, and attention to detail, to conduct thorough and accurate assessments of financial information.
