Customer Service Representatives | $36.11/hr + Super | Government Role | Gosford
- Location: Gosford Contact Centre

- Contract Duration: 20 June 2025 – 19 December 2025
- Pay Rate: $36.11 per hour + Super
- Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours/day, rotating roster between 7am–7pm)
- Assessment Date: Thursday, 5 June 2025 – In-person, Gosford Contact Centre
- Pre-employment Checks: Police Check (High Risk), 2x References

Join a High-Performing Government Contact Centre Team! We’re looking for 9 experienced Customer Service Representatives to join Service NSW at their Gosford Contact Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and supportive environment within the Road Safety customer support team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing customer service via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Answering enquiries related to road safety services
- Navigating internal systems and recording accurate information
- Working on a rotating 2-week roster between 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday
About You:
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (contact centre, admin, or retail)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Teams essential)
- Good typing and email etiquette
- Quick learner with a knack for picking up new systems
- Previous government experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Must live in NSW and be within commutable distance to Gosford
Training & Support:
- 12 weeks of on-site classroom and 'nesting' training
- Close support from Team Leaders and Subject Matter Experts
- Ongoing mentoring and performance assessments
- This role is not 100% WFH — all contractors must attend the Gosford site regularly
Work-from-Home Eligibility: Post-training, some flexibility to work from home may be considered, but you must:
- Pass an internet speed test (minimum 5Mbps download, 2Mbps upload, <60ms latency)
- Provide your own high-speed internet and smartphone (2FA VPN connectivity)
- Attend the Gosford office at least 2 days per month and as required
Screening Process: Shortlisted candidates must attend a 90-minute in-person Assessment Centre in Gosford on Thursday, 5 June 2025.
