Key Responsibilities as an ECT:

Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity.

Collaborate with a supportive management team to contribute to the success of the centre.

Actively participate in the initial setup of the service, shaping its culture and educational approach.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community.

Utilise your expertise to bring the joy and wonder of childhood back into the learning experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing high-quality educational programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for creating a positive and enriching learning environment for children.

Current First Aid and CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate

Current Paid Blue Card.

Current Child Protection Training Certificate.

Valid Working with Children Check.
