We are looking for a Bachelor / Graduate Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Teacher or working towards to join us at FRK Gatton - 5 days per week. Our Centre is loaded with resources and a talented team that love to learn and grow just as much as the children we care for.

The successful ECT applicant will possess the following attributes:

High level of interpersonal skills

Qualified Early Childhood Teacher with an approve Early Childhood degree or working towards

Strong organizational skills

A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework including; Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and be confident at the implementation of Kindergarten programs

Experience in the childcare industry is desirable

A current Blue Card or Exemption

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate OR be willing to obtain

Ability to work independently to lead, and ability to work as part of a team with passionate and dedicated professionals

An established personal pedagogy that supports the growth of children as individuals
