About the Role

As a Head Residential Concierge, you will be the face of the building, leading by example, supporting a team of concierge professionals, and liaising with residents, contractors, and building management to ensure seamless daily operations. Your calm professionalism, strong leadership, and exceptional attention to detail will set the tone for service delivery throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and roster a concierge team, ensuring a consistent and premium level of resident service

Be the primary point of contact for residents and VIP guests, responding to requests with discretion and efficiency

Coordinate amenity bookings, parcel deliveries, move-ins/outs, and visitor access

Maintain strong working relationships with Building Management, Security, Facilities, and Housekeeping

Uphold presentation standards and supervise front-of-house areas

Manage incident reports, daily logs, and resident communications

Train and mentor junior concierge staff, driving service consistency and team performance

Assist with onboarding and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with building protocols

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of concierge SOPs

Skills & Experience Required

Prior experience of at least a year in a Head Concierge, preferably in luxury residential or 5-star hospitality

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong understanding of service protocols and client confidentiality

Ability to manage high-volume requests and competing priorities with grace

Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of building or facility management software

Professional personal presentation at all times

Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed

Desirable

Background in premium hotel, strata or residential concierge settings

Understanding of Australian building compliance and WHS protocols

First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certifications
