Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. About the role

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Transport Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of essential client transport services across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate regional transport services for clients accessing medical care, wellness programs, and aged care services
• Lead the development and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures to improve transport operations
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to meet community demand and ensure client safety and satisfaction
• Monitor and report on service delivery performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
• Support and mentor a small team of transport staff and drivers
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with IUIH’s person-centred model of care

About You

• Proven experience in transport logistics, fleet coordination or operations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and flexible approach
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Competency in scheduling tools, logistics software, and Microsoft Office
• Passion for community health and a commitment to culturally safe service delivery
• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
• Current Criminal History Check
• Current Blue Card
• Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current CPR Certificate
