Mechanical Fitter – Warwick Farm | $50/hr. + Super + OT | Day & Afternoon Shifts

Programmed has partnered with a leading manufacturing site in Warwick Farm to source skilled Mechanical Fitters to support the plant’s production and maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a mechanically minded, safety-conscious professional ready to thrive in a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery

Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and reducing downtime

Using MEX to log maintenance activities and follow up on issues

Supporting production teams to maintain equipment reliability

Working collaboratively with the maintenance department

Participating in occasional weekend shifts when required

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualified Fitter & Turner or equivalent

Strong experience with mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics

Welding and basic machining skills (Lathe Machine) desirable

Ability to read mechanical schematics

Forklift licence and/or EWP ticket preferred

Solid understanding of WHS practices and manufacturing standards

What’s On Offer

$50/hour + super + overtime

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (20% shift loading)
