We are seeking an Experienced Youth Worker to work with at-risk youth from complex trauma backgrounds, delivering programs that empower individuals to thrive.

About the Role:

As a Youth Worker at Paylos, you will play a critical role in supporting young people with complex trauma. You will deliver engaging, outdoor adventure-based programs that foster personal growth, build life skills, and create meaningful connections. Your work will be key in helping participants overcome challenges and move toward brighter futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapeutic, outdoor adventure-based programs tailored to individual needs.

• Support at-risk youth with trauma backgrounds, helping them develop resilience and confidence.

• Build positive, trusting relationships to foster emotional and social growth.

• Implement trauma-informed care practices to manage behaviors of concern effectively.

• Work collaboratively with families, teams, and stakeholders to achieve participant goals.

• Maintain detailed case notes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience working with at-risk youth, particularly those with complex trauma.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic program delivery.

• Skills:
